Thanks for the follow-up, I enjoyed it as well. One of the things we said when 
we considered getting professional advice is ideally had to be someone who has 
invested themselves & that knows the Atlanta market. I know Bob & Marshall 
were very pleased on both of these fronts & will ask them to send you their 
comments. I thought it was most useful, I am very macro and especially enjoyed 
learning what's happening at that level.
